If the top man says EFSA is transformational, he means for the business. Yes or No?
That must therefore mean the future of its product(s). And by definition and in all probability the company value and its business overall.
I would say that SM statement was a guide to the market of where this product/company may look forward to seeing.
I would be extremely happy if all the stocks I had held had a MD,CEO whatever, make such statements. Confidence?

I'm on Twitter and follow the conversations. Find them very encouraging, why would a CEO converse on such and be positive with all the likely backlash if he was found wanting?
He cannot of course forecast the decision making of prospective partners and they may decide to go elsewhere but the big positive for me is the involvement of two staff supplied through Government channels, both of whom are Twitter users.

I think that; If a company had told its s/holders say 2 months ago, it was buying new machinery that would uplift production. I think that company could tell its shareholders at an AGM that the said machinery was due for delivery in x time. That may or not be considered as market sensitive? First statement would have been in the public domain and second contained within the minutes of the AGM.

A company can declare a strategy going forward, at its AGM. I believe?
That would be something new or perhaps not.
