Just remember what happened to Patisserie Valerie, another AIM success - not. All I'm saying is don't risk your shirt on AIM shares. Take the advice or don't.

I wish everyone good luck with this company, I really do. I am not an investor, I just saw a recommendation from someone and thought I'd take a look. From experience I would urge caution with AIM shares. I have vowed in the past never to touch another AIM share as it is a market which is not as regulated as the main market and I have had very bad experiences in the past. This is not a ramp or a de-ramp. Just be careful!

It always amazes me that just because a share price drops some people think that a company is going bust. A share price is determined by the supply and demand for that share and that is determined by numerous factors. The time to worry is when the whole market is going up and your share falls dramatically. But on days like today, when the whole market falls, it is nothing to worry about.

I wasn't shorting the share - I am long.

I will declare my interest in this share - I have a long spread bet opened at £1.09.

One thing I 've learnt over the years is that share prices invariably do the opposite of what you expect them to do. I don't process to be an industry expert and I don't know whether this share is undervalued or overvalued but given that my interpretation of the views expressed on here over the last few days is that sentiment has been negative - I'm expecting a rise this next week!

Can't believe the SP drops 5.62% and no body comments on this board. Very strange.

Danielh - I admit that it is a bit misleading when I said not everyone who buys shares wants the sp to go up. I have a normal share dealing account where I buy and sell shares. I also have a spread bet account where occasionally (very occasionally!) I bet on a share to go down. Hence my comment that not everybody wants a share to go up.

If Mikey is shorting vod then I can see why he posts negative views. I would probably do the same. Not everyone who buys shares wants the price to go up.

Bought back into these this week as it seems the dust is beginning to settle but never thought that the SP would sink this low. The NSF bid did not help and Woodford's problems haven't either. However, as galiniwilbury states - positive sentiment will re-emerge. This is still a good business.

dickupham - so what exactly is the point you are trying to make?

I sold out of these on the day the takeover bid was made. I made an acceptable profit although I sold before the price reached it's high point. Isn't that always the case! One thing the takeover bid has done is highlight the potential problems for both companies going forward. Had the bid not been made then no doubt the picture painted to us small investors would be that "everything is OK in the garden but we just need more time to turn things around". The mud slinging that has gone on over the last few weeks would suggest that this may not be the case. I am now content to let the dust settle and see what transpires - let the large shareholders sort it out. As a previous long time holder I have watched previous good profit positions melt away as I kept faith with the company. I was not prepared to that again and I note, once again, that the SP is starting to drift downwards again. Whether I re-invest remains to be seen. I wish all holders good luck, and that also applies to my old adversary TitusPullo! As they used to say on Hilstreet Blues - "Hey, be careful out there!"

Now if PFG made a counter bid for NFS - that would really be interesting!

The timing of the bid is interesting - a week before the results are out. Bidder perhaps scared that these will be better than expected?

The Board's considered response to the offer will be announced in due course. In the meantime, shareholders are strongly advised to take no action in respect of the NSF offer.

because the RNS was issued by NSF - go to their page. PFG have now issued a response RNS - Board do not appear to like the bid! Exciting times ahead!
