Eastern Morocco Partial Disposal
The Company announced in July 2020 that it was no longer in discussions with the previously proposed purchaser
in relation to the potential partial disposal of the Eastern Morocco portfolio. However, having announced its phased development strategy for the Tendrara Production Concession, the Company continues to engage with other parties who have expressed interest in participating in the Company’s strategy by way of a potential farm-in. Whilst
a partial disposal of its Eastern Morocco portfolio is not a strategic priority for the Company, normal business development discussions are ongoing in this regard. There
is no certainty that any of these discussions will progress and the Company’s current key priority is to deliver a final investment decision on its proposed Phase 1 development of the Tendrara Production Concession during 2021.
Maybe a last resort cash raise via this ? Gla

I’m sure Graham would have had a q&a by now , so why not ?
I think things are happening faster than some think now and the pipeline may surprise a few if it’s all go . I think the reason the pipeline is staying low key is algeria , running in parallel!!

Looking better that deals will move fast as Morocco need reliable sources of gas micro/ pipeline hopefully, as I think this will be the fastest for production results. Maybe putting my neck on the block here , but I’m sure the government would love to see more exploration/ re-enter old well with schlumberger ASAP

I think a few vultures were circulating around sound for a cheap buy , but now we’re secure it’s pay a fair price or do one maybe? As a very longstanding share holder I hope we keep going & not sold out !!! I

Environmental Permits have been approved for the construction of the processing facilities for Phase I and the Phase II projects and a 120 km 20-inch Tendrara Gas Export Pipeline ("TGEP") connecting the CPF and the delivery point to the GME pipeline. The proposed 20-inch pipeline has a nameplated capacity of 230mmcf/d and is therefore oversized to facilitate timely tie-ins of future gas discoveries. The front-end engineering and design (FEED) has also been completed for the for both the Phase II CPF and TGEP.
