so the synical among us may have been right the early (not really required) RNS could have been to soften the blow of placing shares as the price pretty much will always drop when they hit the market.

Think its fair to say that the Market also think this is a place holder RNS confirming that they are on track. Which is in itself fantastic news, could have been the dreaded "failed" RNS. BUT its not, great things to come

and it looks like yesterdays video was effectively the RNS and the SP has risen on the back of that but not much more on an actual RNS. whole day ahead of us though.

The coming weeks and months will be huge for avacta

certainly wont drop today but this isn't the inflection point RNS you were asking about yesterday.

It will come though manufacturing then FDA approvals and CE mark this will fly

look back at ophidians posts to how the process works, its not going to be one attempt and done they are bound to have to optimise and fine tune it, Maybe better to RNS once they have done this. But massively confident now that a strip exists and works. Good few more RNS's to come with final design and partners.

The video is excellent and it does seem an RNS had to follow, but could they have waited until it was optimised to RNS?
Possibly there was pressure to release an update. But very happy with progress, obviously a process like this will go through many iterations of the product and fantastic to see they are on track
