The prodrugs are a fantastic opportunity as they are just delivering existing drugs in a new targeted way. So I think you are right BITL it's more about whether dox is cleaved in the fap rich tumor environment.

I think AS has stated before that it's not really about delivering high volumes of dox it's more the fact that the rest of the body, particularly the heart are not affected so the cycles of chemo can continue.
