Could be that they were waiting for orphan drug status before they come online. Note the first incentive:

Exemption from user fees

So from the RNS it's been given that status on preclinical data, not after FDA reviewing any trial data.

Once they get the trial data let's hope it gets on the fast track mentioned yesterday
