Surely it's a cumulative process though data from early cohorts will have already been recorded and it's just a matter of adding cohort 4, which is only a small number of patients.
Obviously collating and preparing the final report would then take a bit of time, but I'm only guessing.

There is absolutely no argument that ava6k is being trialed currently at the royal Marsden, and it certainly fits the bill.

Don't want to be a party pooper but they do run 450 trials a year at the royal Marsden. Seem to be about 16 on going at the moment.

We are a year and 3 months into a trial for a drug that only delivers dox to a tumour (activated by FAP). Which should see minimal side effects for patients and maximum tumour targeting.

Currently at 135mg dox equivalent delivery. Which would kill a human if dosed as per the dosing regime without targeted delivery.

Sounds alright doesn't it....
