RE: Why Phase 1a & 1b won’t be run in parallel11 Jul 2023 17:00
When you "invested" in a small biotech developing (amongst other things) a platform that can deliver existing (amongst other things) chemotherapy drugs directly to tumours, almost eliminating the plethora of awful side effects, top one being cardiotoxicity. Did you think, "that won't take long"? Or did you think, "wow, this sounds like an amazing opportunity for a long term investment"?
As the data of the phase 1a trial has emerged have you thought, "this isn't working" or have you thought "wow, therapeutic levels of dox delivered directly to the tumour with no cardiotoxicity and virtually no side effects, so much so a clinician couldn't even tell that a dose had been administered"?
Have you then thought, "I wish they'd plough on with phase 1b alongside 1a, which the CEO said could be a reckless waste of funds running at what could be a sub optimal dose" or have you thought " I'm glad they are doing this trial properly with a platform they are proving works highly efficiently "?
I don't think there has been any of the outrageous Uber ramping on here for a good while, just very good informational posts (amongst other things 🦭).
You could give up waiting and sell, or (as is your prerogative) keep moaning.
