No, only the first dosing in humans and then when there was a delay waiting for authorisation to go with a higher dosage than originally designed and agreed with MHRA and FDA

Touk, I agree there still can be delays but these are not the type of delays caused by issues with the treatment or other factors going wrong. The extension of the trial is due to ava6000 doing an absolutely sterling job and an MTD being illusive as it's working beyond what was expected . But as Alistair said it would be a waste of time and money to plough on with p1b without knowing they are using the correct dosage determined from MTD or BED that avacta (and future partners) can reference.
