They can recruit for 1b without knowing the dose yet. As they are concentrating on STS I'm sure Dr Tap had a huge list of suitable candidates.

My point is this phase of the trial was to find MTD they thought they'd do it in 4 cohorts, they still haven't found it after having to go to the MHRA to dose further. They are now telling us that if it's not found in cohort 7 a biologically effective dose will be defined.

You say the MTD requirement was suddenly forced on us and are somehow trying to spin this that Ava6000 is performing badly.

We can all make wild guesses but if dox can be delivered in high doses directly to tumour sites with none or very few of the side effects, particularly cardiotoxicity.

Then who an earth would ever administer straight dox again. Dr Tap wouldn't.

Is it still a notifiable disease ? If not then who's going to bother testing at home? Unless your employer requires it and pays for your tests.
