Phase 1b was changed a lot from its original design and does appear to be more phase 2 ish now. It'll certainly provide some very interesting data with its straight dox comparison.

Other than numbers of patients, not sure what will be the difference in phase 2.

1b 15-20 patients per cohort across US and Europe.
