avacta did ok making a ribena delivery system but it looks like there is over whelming evidence from the expurts that it's all gone horribly wrong and avacta will either go bust or struggle with a new death spiral finance deal plus a 20p placing.

BV, in that same RNS it states

Cohort 7, the final cohort in the three-weekly dose escalation safety study of AVA6000, has completed enrolment and is ongoing

"C7 as a dose escalation cohort has formally finished and been signed off as no MTD found (personal communication from AS)."

That's got to be RNSd as RD would say not just shared to a few investors at a cake and coffee morning.

Hope so, but C7 finished gives the full 1a data set.

As you say though still time to add that as late submission and logically it will be complete by then.

I'm just thinking if they have had a slot confirmed they may have RNSd already.
