Hi mate. IMO It must've been a sale looking at the time and price. There is no way someone would have been offered a price below the bid when the spread is so big, it doesn't matter how many shares are involved.

I hope the pizza's are better than pizza express. Took the family went to the pizza express place in Newquay last year. Was not impressed at all. We just said, we've tried it, we know to stick with pizza hut from now on.

This hs had two attempts so far to break 400p and so far hasn't managed it. My question is why? 400p is not expensive with all the prospects and land BDEV has.

kingcav, I originally bought BDEV at 589 in feb this year. I sold some at 599 in may and sold half my remaining holding before the referendum. When the price was tanking I sold the rest at 446 last Friday. Monday this week I bought back at 355.6 confident that my timing is better than usual. Don't know whether that helps you, but that is another pi's opinion.

Ordinary Resolution 5 and Special Resolution 7. Plz will someone explain them to me. It seems like the bod are asking for permission from shareholders to allocate 'securites' I presume shares, up to a nominal amount- £544k, but only up to the next AGM. Am I understanding this right? I take it this will have something to do with the name change, or I may be way off the mark.

I'm pretty sure all the trades between 10.00 and 10.15 were buys as they were all at full ask, whereas my lil top up was at 107.52 and shows in blue.

I am looking to invest here and am checking the company out first, obviously. Whist doing my research I have noticed that Accesso do not issue dividends. Can anybody give me a reason please?
