The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Runway is clear then.
I hope the internet works and roaming charges aren’t excessive - it’s getting hot here and comms will be essential.
Over & Out
Condolences Paddy and family and friends. Hope all goes well and look forward to your return.
All the best - TFG
Whilst it is difficult to value GGP as a whole, the mcap and therefore corresponding sp is important to keep in check due to the possibility of takeover, hostile or otherwise.
The possibility increases as the market cap decreases because of potential accumulation or more favourable M&A opportunity.
Any premium offered clearly is more attractive to an investor that has just bought to those who bought higher up in the chart so even if it isn’t manipulation is is cheap accumulation at best. That is not to say that the sp should always rise but the gap down has been significant and the quicker it is countered with some uptrend the better.
The company can’t just conjure up good news but the period inbetween is/has been truly exploited.
An offer tabled can easily be accepted, cash duly deposited into accounts, the ticker delisted and this bb taken down - I do not want this to happen any time soon and so it is important to get an up cycle and lower impact volatility on the sp/mcap. Hope this is the bottom as I suspect the majority on here do.

Seems like Richard and Bully were on a phone call - back and forth on the prospects of GGP that they might have discussed previously - not just a new poster and “concerned” forum dweller..... harmless.
Colin is back. .... harmless.
Folk worrying about investment that might be required in years time rather than focus on the current operation and the fact that 2021 is funded.
Another low volume, no official news day - so pretty much as we were, even a 5% up on a similar day would be as we were.
Hold for news.

@Silo
1) it’s not Friday
2) the ‘we’ you so fondly use, I doubt includes you
3) it is expected that for Aim companies the size of GGP that news is not forthcoming for 2-3-4 months at a time
Patience is required, key posters on here and GH tweets are letting folks know what is happening and those operational updates do not warrant an RNS yet.
GLA Investors - TFG
I believe that having two fully funded JV’s with NCM during 2021 will be sufficient for NCM to consider that GGP t/o is not necessary at this time. They are effectively adding to their reserves (at Hav) and will start to replenish supply to their operations at Telfer.
Don’t want to even think about GGP t/o after waiting a decade to see this rocket with much more to go.
GLA LTHs - TFG
not contradictory, of course

I thought Shaun was our C.E.O.? Much prefer Tweets from our acting C.E.O
——-
GH is very professional, careful and informative- he will continue to have access to information that is public and fantastic if he continues to share it.
SD tweets would be welcome but I expect they will follow post RNS like last time - where there is absolutely no doubt about sharing or re-iterating facts.
Very naive post when you mentioned preference as opposed to the collective information posted by respected people in aggregate is better for PI’s, especially when. It contradictory -:)

Agree Floater.
Each BB is like a Public House. It starts up, gains traction and obtains respected regulars. All folk are welcome to pop in and even remark on the merits of other Public Houses.
You then get the whiners, don’t like the pub but have nowhere else to go.
You then get the bar proppers - who dislike everything and start to get drunk in the corner and noisy - until they are removed by security or the police - kicking and screaming and proclaiming they are sober and misunderstood.
I like the GGP Public house. The money is not made or lost on this bb, it should just be a good place for discussion and recognition that there needs to be some etiquette and not just a free for all.

Well said Floater. I’m not quite sure who is rescuing whom but nevertheless....
“ Sometimes I sit yeah, feeling alone
No one to talk to I got no telephone
And at night I wake up, I just lie and stare
Come on and save me from this nightmare
Hi ho silver, here come the lone ranger
He's riding on down to rescue me”
Also, JV we already have a couple of JV’s, one at Hav and one at Juri - I’m pretty sure we don’t need one with you.

Jeez even DumbStruck is back - National Express has decided to park the bus at GGP today.
Sit on hands and buy on dips if you can is all reasonable.
The LOL is on the other foot when posting history is observed “ Awww shut up. Your arrogance seems to unrelenting.“ DumbStruck look in the mirror and take your own advice.
Low volume environment here, 2021 plan just kicking in, in terms of reportable news, patience required.
GLA genuine investors - TFG
Whats the plan here?
———-
The plan is to ignore you Hi-Ho, that is the plan - it’s why SD and CB haven’t messaged you directly, they will issue news to investors shortly.
GLA genuine investors - TFG
Agree TomE, multiple ways to do this, objective same - minimise risk of price movement and maximise tax efficiency.
GLA Investors - TFG
o, so the cash is mine to re- buy GGP whenever I wish to. That way I can decide on SP depending on their value whenever.
———
@panama - yes, although of selling GGP from trading account and transferring cash you are out of the market on those shares for a while, so if you are prepared to risk that fair enough.
I did a bed & isa in Feb and gave up only around 100 shares and about £6 in commission. I will do the same in April. I then hope (expect) the isa gain on those to be much greater than the CGT threshold and so happy days in the months/years it takes.
GLA investors- TFG
Ps. Remember not to sipp from the wrong cup :-)
Panama - I see the price rising before new tax year just to screw with people trying to do that
———
Bed and ISA is the most efficient way and trying to pick low volatility day is recommended perhaps not at opening and not near close.
Also, there should not be a need to execute the transfer immediately on the new tax year, I will look to do this perhaps mid-late April as this is transferring to limit or not get caught by CGT.
Investing cash directly in an isa and buying stock is different.

Of course daveri007, of course - what ever you say because you have soooo many shares. Respect.
Bamps keep posting your fantastic mixture of fact and potential....let important folk express their opinion.
GLA genuine investors - TFG
I hold nearly 3m shares here - so I have a right to express my opinion without the likes of you and Bamps to question my integrity....If I disagree then respect it!
———-
Oh daveri007, just the 3m....please, please, pretty please respect me. Donald Trump expects the same with is billions.
Perhaps if you just top up with another 10k shares you’ll get all the respect you crave.
You’re good for a laugh, I’ll give you that.
Bamps keep going with your great mixture of fact and potential.

Sounds like you would advocate and accept a low ball offer (close to 38p) and many agree with you.
Perhaps you are being led by the peak on the chart - I think that is a hill and I’m holding patiently for the mountain.

A CEO that embodies what AIM as a market was surely set out to achieve in the UK fir shareholders but rarely justifies its objective.
So many surfers and conmen in high positions that have not been bought to book in time for PI’s.
GH stands head and shoulders above any AIM operator in a share I have been invested in.
GL in future endeavours or in a chilled out relaxed lifestyle- whatever you choose, I believe you have earned it.

Buying Hav and buying GGP are two entirely different things.
As at today, buying Hav is more likely than buying GGP and this will still be the situation for 2021.
However, GGP should not consider selling Hav until initial exploratory drilling has been completed on new Hav targets, Juri-JV and next Scally targets that will be announced.
Therefore, imho, the partnership will continue through 2021 and well into 2022 - this is when (1) Hav on a standalone basis can be valued properly; (2) when GGP could operate ex-Hav; or (3) GGP in totality can be valued to the benefit of the Long Term shareholders.
Just keep your stake or add - no need to consider selling for at least 12-18 months.
