The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Good evening.

Ps. Please do not remove post
So much posting and pressure applied to oneself, so furious in riposte that not even able to read and correct what is being posted - I would take all the genuine advice to rest and de-stress.
There was a lot of Jorgon Klopp at Elland Road today.
Perhaps there should be a GGP bb t-shirt aligned to the Leeds one “Earn it”.
Joking of course.

Can someone please tell me what the BoD's were thinking - I mean to hold swag results back 8 months based on these probable - highly likely contamination results.
————
Only the BoD or close to the BoD can say for sure - not anyone on the bb freely.
I do not believe they have been held back 8 months, if at all - any lag between the lab return and company interpretation has been explained. Clearly, there were results that did not make sense and required further investigation and as it turns out rework. The rework has allowed them to conclude a new target.
They have avoided market confusion not prolonged it.
Had they said in an RNS, potential contamination but not 100% sure, give us more time not sure how long it will take, I’m sure you would agree that would have been more confusing to ‘the market’ and caused more angst.
To the extent possible, GH alluded to further Scally work in the future and Shaun reiterated 100% ownership in a neutral and not a negative or pessimistic way.
I’d apply for a job at GGP if you felt that today’s RNS should have played out as 2/3/4 RNS’s over the last 3 months.

the herd was shouting the praise of joe bass
——
Hi daveri007, joebass suggested he had information perhaps not in the public domain and also, for a bb alias, tried to make out some sort of influential position. A bit like nevergone, just last week - what’s your view on those posts - ramps ? Was it the sp to rocket today ? Did nevergone know the RNS was coming but not the content - it’s clear some folk on these bb are in some of these positions - caution on everyone.
Not sure the hoardes bought into it - literally or mentally.

Ps. Keep going Bamps
I’m just very cautious about all the rhetoric in the build up to the next results. It happens every time.....then we will have the usual conspiracies about MM’s, Beetham, etc etc
———-
Seems impossible to be that cautious when you are a member here from 24th March, especially as I understood that to even read the bb a membership has been required for many months now.
Please explain your history or I suspect you will be treated with caution, even ridicule for a long time.
GLA genuine investors - TFG
Ps. Scally remaining drills explained in detail including the time frame taken - very positive in how it was handled and now to move forward.
Monday chaps, Monday, you watch that dial move :-)))))

Yawn zzzzz
I’d say it actually goes down to about 1.3mm and the copper disappears completely.
At least the trolls and naysayers won’t be able to say we didn’t debate it :-)
GLA genuine holders - TFG
Aren’t they all (at least) 15min delay and based on some algorithm of the active MM’s.
Level 2 or actual order quotes are best, everything is just a guide. The actual spread when wanting to buy or sell is usually much closer especially with the liquidity available here - when MM’s aren’t playing games.
Anyway, hands on bum, news soon.
GLA Investors - TFG
Noted Viking, will monitor and action as appropriate - totally annoying at present and bordering on unacceptable imho.
Regards
TFG
Of course there may be external forces outside of his control that mean it doesn't come to fruition, but I think he's savvy enough and been in the business long enough to be aware of the many challenges and pitfalls in the coming years.
——-
Agree @Paddy, although I am only 95% certain right now. The 2021 season and news flow Is about to kick off. If we get to even half of last year, results wise, then there will be no place for derampers, paid bashers and 10-20% traders - it will be long term holders and II’s only that really will and should benefit.
Still prepared to lose but as you say, it’s the chance of a generation to accumulate multiples of investment with minimum risk. Folk should get on the train soon imho.
GLA LTHs - TFG
Ps. Today seems to be Post / Freddie post / Post / Freddie Post / Post / Freddie Post / Post / ad nauseam..... if really waiting for 40p then just wind it down please
No many entries or top-ups announced here yesterday, so if it were a fix and folk were on the sidelines waiting for a lower entry then they know who to blame, themselves.
I do believe there are many orchestrated moves when Aim shares hit something good - XEL, RKH etc - the vultures move in. Part of the game.
To be well researched it takes time and if jumping in yesterday at 23p+ we probably not the smartest move - could have been done days/weeks earlier or on first couple of ISA days.
Of course, new PI’s welcome but as folk say this can resemble a casino at any stage of the company’s progression and advice to hold strong and sit on hands etc. is good advice, but still has risk (XEL). Lowball offer still the biggest risk in GGP in my opinion.
However, news will come and hopefully it takes us back up close to and beyond ATH soonest.
GLA LTHs - TFG
this will be little more than a gentle uptick followed by a sharp reminder we are still not in the production phase.
——-
@gg19 - hope it’s the other way, sharp uptick and gentle reminders -:)
At least the recent top ups in the last couple of months are currently in the money - can never get the bottom.
Wait on official news, but volume with momentum is a good sign.
GLA Investors - TFG
Is this another false dawn, or a genuine rise
———-
It’s one or the other, spot on. Who are you asking and would you accept their answer ?

...and paid to post-ers are still here.
GLA LTHs - TFG
I’ve got lots of green boxes on this thread. Must be a fool posting on this fine 1st April morning.
Limp through the end of the tax year for any unfortunate sellers - onwards and upwards next week, hopefully.
Hi Ho
GLA LTHs - TFG
End of tax year is always a little up/down at the micro share level for the reasons pointed out - utilise CGT relief for gains and buy back in early April or move in to ISA. Volatility is much worse and usually downward if the macro environment has headwinds.
If we were hovering at the 31-28p range then ok, however, we got to 20p for what seems more nefarious than supply/demand and are ranging 20-18p around tax year end. I suppose I may not have topped up committing as much cash as I have recently on top of my long term position so hopefully fortunate.
Very happy for SD to bed in and wait for official news - it’s how he handles any disappointments that will solidify his credibility - optimism back up by results is want we wish for and he may not need to give disappointing news....
GLA LTHs - TFG
Very positive effort and outcome - it’s a further prospect and at this stage a licence application (only). No need to get ahead of ourselves and no need to overly concern about timing and nature of operations just yet.
My holding was -71.52% after NM walked away....would I have them back ? Yes, on great terms that are much more binding given Hav, progress in technology and expertise proven by GGP team.
Even another major would be fine. Even some dilution to keep the prospect 100% depending on the objective - I agree if not already commenced, on approval of licences NM will be at a table somewhere across from SD.
GLA LTHs - TFG
Bamptastic- this will go viral :-) Good luck.
GLA Genuine holders - TFG
@MrBronson & BabyInvestor
Agree with those sentiments - a bit of the JoeBass posting there.
News, and good news is welcome though even if holding on for 2022++ as it continues to de-risk the company and makes any approach, should it happen, at a higher premium.
Of course, not to getting ahead of a sensible mcap, but incremental fair value for LTHs is paramount, especially in Aim and also for those where there may be some timing involved eg. Availability of SIPP. Not in my case, but there LTHs on here who do wish to slice on a fair market sooner than later.
GLA LTHs TFG
those who bought in more recently are risking far more (and therefore trust it more) than holders of 1yr plus.
——-
Depends on your reason for taking a position - trading or medium/long term hold. Volatility and trading opportunities are greater now and so risk on taking a position hasn’t necessary increased.
A year a so ago the company could have folded or been worthless on bad news - much higher risk take then. Even more so for some of us through Newmont.
Think on that.
