Should be a big special dividend next year, when they are allowed to award dividends again.

If the value of GSK is £x, why will the combined value of the two companies and the share price be more? The talk of ongoing savings goes against what happens when companies merges and there I seem a saving due to duplicated services. This will have the opposie effect, so no economies of scale.

And any potential increase would have been there anyway in one company.

What is the deal dated the 23rd that appears on 27th, which says it's a buy but is shown as -200,000 shares.

I don't understand

Once Tosca hold 75% of the shares, don't they actually control the company, so the board are an irrelevance?

As someone said, with these buys backs and cancelling of shares, their percentage holding is increasing without them spending a penny

In the last week, they have recommended buying Lloyd and selling Lloyds.

Cant be good news that an interim CFO doesn't want to stay even in the interim role.

Profits down 10%, but the CEO is pleased with the progress this year and the dividend has been increased.

I live in Hampshire and am getting an annual 15% return for my solar panels (not including the free electricity). If you are not getting comething comparable, maybe there is a problem with the system.

Nice to see the silence on this BB despite a 10% rise.

At least it shows it has not been discovered by the rappers/derampers.....yet
