George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Oh for the good old days, when the worst comment was when the company was called "flymaybe". Happy days
How do you filter someone?
A sensible thread at last with both sides of the argument being put well, with almost no name calling.
This has been more helpful than all the boom/crash posts.
I see British Bulls are hedging their recommendation too on this......
KPMG..........could the worst. News we have had so far.
Scully, thanks for the comment about fire sale, only just seen it.
You are right of course this is a win win...win we get sold; win we stay independent, and us old time holders have averaged down during this non crisis.
No, I don't expect a 100% rise, but we seem to be up and down like a yo yo as someone said.
Without being accused of being a de ramper a question...
Wouldn't some bidders prefer a fire sale where they can cherry pick the parts of the company they want, rather than buying the whole thing?
If bidders are buying up shares, and shooters are out, why is the this share not rising?
Just bought a few more....fly Flybe fly
I don't think we were expecting this silence
Time for bed to dream of big bids
That's. What I figured..... come on you White Knights, come and joust for our treasures.
I would personally prefer IAG to win as I collect Avios and normally fly couple times a year with Flybe to Bergerac.
.....also I can't see how the hanger deal was done in a couple of days, so I wonder if more deals like that are in the works.
Scully Would you take £79k?
I am in the States on holiday and am setting the alarm for 2am tomorrow, to see what RNS' there are.
I am not de ramping, but what happens if there are no RNS'?
Sorry, predictive text.. Scully
Sculls, just seen your post 21.14.
If I asked nicely, would you sell all your shares in the morning pretty please
How nice, a quiet Flybe board, without ramping/deramping.
Like most here, I hope we get some positive news on Monday.

Surely putting the company up for sale if a short/mediumlong term plan
My hearing aid must need a new battery. Seven minutes and no rabid sell sell sell/buy buy buy post
I see Black Rock have bought back nearly all the shares they sold in the couple of weeks before the 3rd Quarter announcement.
Great business, or insider knowledge?
Wish I had followed their lead
....only if John McDonnell writes a cheque
