Adalta Real announces that it was informed today that Nicholas Peter Trigg, a Non - Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 192,709 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10p per share.

The banks seem to be doing quite well and have been in an uptrend for some time. MFX has not been involved in any market recovery so I would expect to see that change in the near future.

API Group (LSE: API) has also moved just a little, but in the wrong direction sadly. When I thought the company looked to be a good turnaround candidate in May, the shares stood at 8.5p. They're now 7p, valuing the specialist packaging manufacturer at just £4.9m. Yet the half year to the end of September revealed over £40m in sales, and net assets of close to £22m. Still, it's all about profitability and on that score the company made an operating loss before exceptional items of £1m. The broker expects a full-year pre-tax loss of over £3m for the year about to end. We'll have to wait and see. Presume it's just a seller out there driving it lower.

A couple of hundred pounds is often worth the risk on microcaps which can easily double. Cheers
