Mohh - just admit it you are guessing the share will drop from here. You don't know if some news is about to be announced which will propel the share massively up. So don't pretend you know the future or you would have already won the lottery and not be spending your time posting on bulletin boards.

They are not necessarily locked in for 12 months. It's either 12 months from date of admission of new shares (27 November) or announcement of a deal - whichever is the sooner.

Birdman - you may well be right but the trouble with your strategy is that once news breaks you will be locked out at these prices and will have to pay significantly higher. If you believe ratification is on its way better to just hold and wait imo and then you benefit from all the significant upside.
