eric - please explain that statement. For a start PET have not handed over any money or shares they have not been paid for unlike LEK who have been fleeced of $600k allegedly. In addition the 5.25m shares which appear to have been forward sold illegally will have to be bought back on the open market. So nothing like LEK at all.

Onassis - whilst I accept the reporting of a trade of 2.5m shares will be delayed probably for a couple of days I find it extraordinary that it has not moved the share price. Is your trade completed or is it still being worked through?

Bridges - even if it hasn't been sorted out and will take some time I still think an update via RNS is needed to let us know why the problem arose and how it is being rectified.

I can't find any reference to a payment date either. Given that the 2nd tranche of shares was admitted to AIM on 27 November 2019 it seems a bit strange to me that the company wasn't expecting payment for these shares until 6 January 2020 but with no date set out anywhere we are in the dark as to what the agreement made was.

Cheddars - the original shares allocated in July last year are also locked in. Here is the extract from the RNS:

Moreover, Netoil and the principal members of the Concert Party (being the Locked-in Parties) have agreed to be locked in for a period being the earlier of 12 months from the date of Admission or the date of completion of a Substantial Transaction so unlike other shareholders will not be able to trade their shares (including those subscribed in the earlier July Placing) until it is clear what benefit they have brought, as hoped, to the Company.

That must be why we are up 20% then.
