Fidelity - GGP/GRL Corporate Action - Scheme of Arrangement29 Apr 2025 15:52
I don't know about the other platforms (I haven't seen it on ii yet), but Fidelity have just posted the 'Corporate Action' for GGP/GRL on my ISA account with them:
QUOTE
GREATLAND GOLD ORD GBP0.001
Corporate action : Scheme of Arrangement (Without Choice)
Greatland Gold plc has received a recommended share offer by Greatland Resources Limited, to be effected through a scheme of arrangement. The scheme is subject to relevant approval at the Court and General Meetings on 12 May 2025 and remains subject to certain conditions including sanction by the Court at the Court Hearing which is due to be held on 18 June 2025.
Each Greatland Gold plc share you hold on 19 June 2025 will be cancelled and for every 20 shares that are cancelled you will receive 1 new ordinary share in Greatland Resources Limited.
You do not need to take any action as a result of this change. You will be able to find more information about the scheme in the Scheme Document.
Provided the scheme receives Court sanction at the Court Hearing due to be held on 18 June 2025 and conditions satisfied as outlined in the scheme documents, the scheme is expected to become effective on 20 June 2025 and your new shares will arrive in your Fidelity account on or just after 23 June 2025.
If you have a regular savings or phased investment plan into Greatland Gold plc, your payments will be held in your account as cash, so you may want to think about a different investment choice for them. Any withdrawal plan payments will come from the cash in your account, and if there isn’t enough cash available, we will need to sell other investments for you.
If you have any open Limit Orders in the market as at 4.30pm on 19 June 2025 these will be cancelled by Fidelity International as Greatland Gold plc will not be tradeable from 20 June 2025.
If you wish to vote or attend the general meeting, you can do so through the shareholder voting & information service provided by Broadridge. Please ensure you have signed up for the service by visiting the preference centre page on your Fidelity account.
