I agree! My GGP antennas were peaked by value_seeker with regards Kraken, which, IMHO, is the most likely of the options for where to start drilling at Scallywag, with the same amplitude, character and depth extent as observed at Havieron.

That would therefore be my first place to get some clearer, ongoing imaging on Scallywag, going forward, especially if area coverage was any issue.

Frankly, my very limited knowledge doesn't spread to satellite imaging, thus relying mostly on on Paddy & value_seeker , apart from, maybe, a brief lesson from one of the "Only Fools & Horses" episodes, with Del talking about "statelites"! ;-)

IMHO, as I've said many time before, both Warrentinna & Fire Tower are more divestment targets for GGP, than diversification targets, to provide cash, at least in part, for the scheduled drilling (delayed) at the Scallywag tenements.

As always, only time will tell....

Indeed! Interesting developments at SOLG, but indicative of the much wider, and building chess games going on in the sector.

I know that a lot of GGP investors would like to just concentrate on Newcrest & Havieron, but there's a whole lot going on in the background now, and increasingly so, which will have major effects going forward, especially in the Paterson!

I'm interested to hear your latest cryptic clue/view on “I do have a theory on why Scally has gone quiet...", following on from your last weekend one's.

However, it was my understanding, right or wrong, as usual, to be proved later, that it's possibly the case that they won't now start the previously scheduled test drilling at Scallywag until the 40% legal transfer to Newcrest, which also covers Scallywag, is removed? There may well be commercial/legal/ insurance reasons for not being able to start drilling until then.

The sp is currently around 11.85p today, with an intraday low of 11.70. The last closing high was 12.68p on the 12th June, with an intraday high of 13p on the 11th.

IMHO, based on past experience with GGP, between expected reports and/or other news, I'd expect it to drift down slightly more than your estimated 8% from high. Somewhere between 10.5p - 11.0p woould be my best guess at an intraday low, going forward from here, prior to the next quarterly and/or GH throwing something into the ring.

I've always felt that one, or both Tasmania tenements, would be divested and the funds put towards drilling at Scallywag, avoiding a cash call before the current company cash funds are exhausted.

We have at least 9 hotels now on dark blue, surely?! :-)

Personally, I'd have placed GGP in the dark blue of Park Lane or Mayfair, but, hey, what do they know, that we do!! :-)

With ARV up 45% in the past 5 days, some would say that that wasn't getting in early, in the short term anyway.

Indeed! With China's record of 'raping' natural resources in other countries, particularly east & west Africa, together with the widespread corruption and illegal trading that goes with it, I'm not surprised.
