Exactly, so why would anyone start another thread called "Question", or "RE: Question"?

Can someone please explain something I've commented on before, but just don't understand about the GGP forum.

If someone starts a new thread I've always posted on the same thread.

Why is it so common on this forum for people to start a new thread on exactly the same issue? Why can't they just reply on the same thread?

Just as an example, we had numerous threads yesterday headed "Paddy". Why? Am I missing something, or is it maybe not possible for some people to post a reply on the first thread posted?

In the same manner we get "RE: XXX" Why?

Maybe I'm missing something, or don't understand how the site works for some people.

Sometimes it just makes it ridiculously time consuming having to read several threads on exactly the same issue.

Greatland Gold on track to deliver strong 2020 performance

The gold miner is on track to deliver an initial resource for Havieron in Q4 2020, with exploration programmes at the site ongoing to define the extent of the mineralised system.

As it stands, environmental and baseline studies are progressing to support potential commencement of decline at Havieron by end of calendar year 2020 or early 2021, subject to market and operating conditions and receipt of all necessary permits, consents and approvals.

Greatland Gold is continuing to investigate potential to achieve commercial production within two to three years from commencement of decline.

‘Alongside the progress at Havieron, we are continuing with our exploration plans at our other assets in the Paterson region and look forward to providing the market with further updates,’ Heddle added.

Greatland Gold stock has lost its upward momentum of late, with it down 27% since mid-September, after it succumbed to weakening market sentiment as investors pullback amid Covid-19 concerns.

However, the Australia-focused gold explorer is still up more than 900% year-to-date, with the company catching investors attention after its latest drilling report from its Havieron deposit in Western Australia indicated the site could deliver bulk tonnage of the precious metal.

‘The expansion of the new Northern Breccia zone is an important development that highlights the potential for a bulk tonnage mining operation at Havieron,’ Greatland Gold CEO Gervaise Heddle said.

‘Significantly, excellent results from step out drilling to date indicate the presence of higher-grade, massive sulphide mineralisation within the breccia bodies, which are yet to be fully defined by drilling and remain open at depth.’

Hey! IMHO, Lenigas will often make some fair contributions to the discussions about whats happening, especially in the Australian mining industry.

That's pretty much it, because, like many of his ilk today, he'll probably continue to comment, one way or another, in a way that probably suits his personal agenda, ahead of what may be the case.

That's just my personal view of the man.

IMHO, it'll be pretty general about the Havieron discovery and it's growing size (I'm sure he'll mention "open at depth" :-)). Personally I don't see anything new being mentioned as that would be reserved for Newcrest. I don't see anything new forthcoming either about Scallywag, as that should be provided by RNS if sensitive information.

Why? I totally accept what you've said about a diluted MC. All I'm saying is that it's important to clarify on what basis anyone makes a statement about MC under the accepted formula's.

Surely that's down to what anyone is saying, at any particular time, about a company market cap? The importance is what's stated at the time. You're not insane stating the accepted accepted market cap formula.

The market cap is based on the current market price of all its outstanding shares – that is, the stock currently in investors' hands.

A company's fully diluted market capitalization is what its market cap would be if all stock options were exercised and all convertible securities were exchanged for shares.

It's clearly important, but nothing to do with sanity, which is stated. :-)
