Quite frankly, if you're so worried about that, and aren't prepared to wait, as so many GGP investors clearly are, including myself, then maybe it's not the right investment for you?

I totally agree, and I posted that same view some months ago now. TBH, I never understood why Shaun Day ever said that it would be, I believe, "very early in December"? Basically, Newcrest have always, as you rightly say, published their resource reports in February, covering the period up to December of the previous year.

Anyway, whatever, it's going to be exceptional, IMHO!

1. The upgraded Havieron MRE is definitely not guaranteed for December, it's actually more likely in January/February, as already indicated by Shaun Day.
2. That will surely give even more time for yet more AMAZING assays, which will, IMHO, undoubtedly, result in a more than very favorable upgrade. Quite frankly, it's pretty obvious to me, anyway!

The first phase of drilling at the Juri J/V comprised nine holes for 4,958m testing five targets including five holes at the Goliath, Outamind and Los Diablos targets on the Paterson Range East licence and four holes at the Parlay and Saddle Reefs targets on the Black Hills licence.

We had gold assays from first four assayed holes on the 1st September:

Assays for the remaining FIVE holes from Los Diablos, Parlay and Saddle Reef and sections of the Outamind hole were originally expected "for October 2021", but, now, when the advance to Stage 2 of the Juri J/V was announced on the 19th October, it was stated, in the RNS, that, "Samples from the remaining holes have been delivered to the laboratory and assays are expected to be available around the beginning of November 2021."

As Shaun Day stated after the first four assays, “We are delighted to receive the first set of results from the maiden drilling campaign under our Juri JV with Newcrest. Intercepting gold mineralisation from our initial assays is an excellent result..."

Subsequently, as stated, Greatland and Newcrest have now advanced to Stage 2 of the Juri Joint Venture.

Total investment could increase from A$3m to A$20m, significantly expanding the exploration programme "following a successful initial 2021 drill campaign."

I'm sure we all await the final FIVE drill assays, which should drop any day now.... Timing could be very interesting with other factors maybe involved, including the likes of the Newcrest Mining AGM.

Getting there...it just touched the $1829 resistance level (and intraday high so far) in trading today, backing off slightly to $1825 where it is currently...

...and here they come...

I'm pretty sure we'll see some more of the recent large number trades going through just after close and/or before opening tomorrow...

IMHO, I have no time, whatsoever, for the people that have that viewpoint! Quite frankly, it's an idiots view of what we've gone through for the past few years! Sure, in RETROSPECT, it may not have been the best course, going forwards, BUT, at the time, it was, IMHO, the BEST way to go!

Sadly, there are some people, that just don't get it!! They are largely, if not 100% clueless, about the junior mining/exploration industry, and it shows up so. so often!

"...How can you get fair market value with so much infill drilling and development of the asset remaining?"

Shaun Day: "...It's something that's got to be worked together between both parties...The PFS only covers...a fraction of a fraction of this ore body, so when you try to understand the market value of the asset today, you have a great sighter with the PFS in terms of low Capex and low cost, but what do we really want to add to that study? We'd want to add a lot more tonnes, a lot more ounces, and that exploration program does show there's a lot of opportunity there on the SE Crescent, and then the broader bulk mining opportunity. So the opportunity is to try to add value across those areas as well, when thinking about what is the full value of Havieron, and, as such, what's 5% worth? But there's no doubt, over time, that that becomes more & more apparent, and lower & lower risk to achieve with ongoing drilling success so I think the more drilling that gets done, the better position we are in, in respect of that option."
