Indeed & exactly guys! As Shaun Day stated this morning in the Proactive video:

"What do we need to take away from Greatland's numbers...
1. How clean capital structure is.
2. A little bit of a milestone in the accounts where, formally now, we're considered a developer, so we're capitalising the costs of Havieron and building up the balance sheet...It's a nice marker of the transition from explorer to developer, and we can't wait, in a year or two, to have the revenue hit the line as we become a producer"

Interesting news:

"During the year, a retrospective adjustment has been made to the carrying values to reflect a change in accounting policy of exploration and evaluation expenditure.

Previously costs associated with an exploration activity were capitalised if, in management's opinion, the results from that activity led to a material increase in the market value of the exploration asset.

Under the new policy exploration and evaluation expenditure where the commercial viability of extracting the mineral resource has not yet been established will be expensed when incurred . Once management believe the commercial viability of extracting the mineral resource are demonstrable, which is considered to be following a pre-feasability study or similar, the Group will capitalise any further evaluation costs incurred.

This has resulted in costs associated with the Havieron being capitalised from 1 July 2020, with all prior year exploration and evaluation expenditure expensed when incurred on the basis the commercial viability of extracting the mineral resource was not yet established. The Group transferred £17,091,622 of capitalised exploration costs associated with the Havieron project from intangible assets to mine development during the year following the commencement of the construction of the box cut and the decline during the year. Note 1.19 within the financial statements provides further details regarding the change in accounting policy."

MINING equities had a super session as inflation fears played out in other markets, with Metals & Mining closing up about 3% on the ASX 200.

Gold responding to a price of US$1850 per ounce helped matters, while iron ore and base metal futures were all generally in positive territory...

So, a totally stagnant GGP sp for the past hour or so, after the inflation figures, and, despite multi buying since, it remains stagnant...Make your own conclusions...

Nothing but buys in GGP after the ROI news, but no movement...yet...

Who knows, but hopefully! I just heard that despite a recent lull, bicycle clip sales have suddenly seen a massive rise!

BTW, what Shaun Day ALSO said, quite clearly, following the statement made in my transcript above, was...

"..and again, lots of metres drilled, 9 rigs spinning, and the results, if you take a minute to familiarize yourself with the results across this year, there's some spectacular intercepts since the last update, so all of that gives us a lot of confidence about where an update resource would take us"

Well, honestly, and I do mean that 100%, all I can say, yet again, is, if you snooze you lose! Really! If you can't see where this is going, based on factual results, not the constant manipulation we now see, day to day, then. I'm sorry, but you're clearly missing one of the best opportunities that I've ever seen in my life, to get in at these ludicrous levels we're seeing now!

Indeed Jerry, and as Shaun Day stated some months ago, the initial MRE was, "very much intitial"!

Shaun Day May of course also say something tomorrow in the Proactive webcast. As we get nearer, you'd expect more interest not just from investors and/or potential investors, so it may prompt a relevant question.

Hi guys, I just went back to the 'Investor Meets Company' webcast with Shaun Day on the 12th October and have transcribed what was said, so that we can review both now, and later if people wish:

Q: When are we looking at updating the resource at Havieron. Is it this December?

SD: Look, we need to work through that with Newcrest. I know that our team is trying to recycle that information regularly to get a sighter on where that's going. Last year the agreement with Newcrest was that we'd go out in December. I think this year it's that December through February period would be where you should expect it, so it's not far away. But both companies have to work on that together. But from a Greatland perspective, we'd love to get that out by the end of the year, otherwise very early in the new year, is our strong preference..."
