The stock has sat between 22.8 - 24.7 on the vwap for 8 weeks- fact
( First session today the stock has dropped below 22.5 )

Bobbling about in thin volume - average volume of 5 million- pathetic

Financial groups trading this on thin vol - certainly no sell off & no known seller the stock would not have stated in that tight range for 8 weeks if a seller was present & volume far to thin .

This is first session in 8 weeks the dipped below 22.6 & coincides with a cluster of noise on deck sowing seeds of hornswaggle - so expect to see more small shorts closing delayed .

Purely time toxin on news & traders taking advantage of bored pi s & no RNS in thin volume

USA ii in twice at 26.5 & wanted more
50 % of stock with BOD & ii
& clearly stated in the RNS JORC to follow shortly & so it will .
Piper & UBS backed by WA will be bringing the deal to deck .

Just read through all the posts ,
Very genuine posts & some very sad & just shows how widespread this hideous disease is .

Not been to the Doctors for god knows how long , fit as a fiddle & don’t get ill however think it’s time I called in for a well being test or two at my age .

In fact the last time I went to the hospital was after waking up in a skip in the 80s after diving off a roof thinking I was a golden eagle after necking magic mushrooms ! Ha ha

As mentioned yesterday by myself & many other posters with the shortly dragging ,perhaps the whole Deal detail including JORC & the buyer may well all land on deck in one huge Broadside RNS & possible suspension ,

Now that would be superb especially if up near £1 a pop !

Volume dried up last week so looking for a surge this week prior to incoming # markets always know first .
Otherwise we face another week in this manufactured 22.8 -24.8 vwap trading band .

As always where there is money to be made , many humans get greedy & then germinates toxicity,

Shorting is a part of modern markets , hedging against longs reducing risk etc ,
Don’t have a problem with that as doesn’t really effect the stock price .

However , like I say some greedy grubby fingered traders came up with the idea to manufacture hornswaggle regarding the company to artificially drive the stock lower to make as much dosh as possible irrespective of the damage to the company stock & subsequently the company itself .

These boards & the internet have germinated many financial groups to instigate there toxic attacks on stocks as the ‘ no smoke without fire ‘ works a treat with pi s ,

Toss loads of false boll0cks regarding a stock & some will stick & constantly sow seeds of doubt in naive investors ears they may eventually listen & sell , & often target positive posters to disrupt the info & positivity .

Shorting Crews are certainly active & on these boards - can go horribly wrong mind - look at JUB last year

That also works with crews pumping stocks with false info regarding company valuation to sell high & leave the pi s holding , much smaller % in my eyes .

However there seems to be more shorting attacks it seems easier to instil doubt to human investors rather than a fantasy reward , & these boards are awash with toxic posters with an agenda & getting worse ,

I’ve never seen so many reincarnations of previous banned posters or multi monikered weirdos causing disruption , that is exactly why the’ Bot Fly ‘ germinated in 2019 & I take full responsibility.

End of the day money can be made without toxicity - invest in the best & sup plenty of Grog

I’m in the same thinking as other posters have noted including you dudes ,

The ‘ shortly ‘ dragging on if you like , is perhaps the ‘ Full Mashings’ will land in one go , JORC , licences, etc & then the deal outline with figures & the buyer ,

Whether in two hits/ RNS or the whole kit & caboodle & possible suspension !

That would suit myself with figures on the table & all these recent market shenanigans crushed in one swoop & believe the the deal will even impress the most negative investors , time is the only toxin .

Volume has all but dried up & perhaps all investment positions have been taken until some numbers on the table , however the risk is without a position / stock & suspension is announced with the deal offering,
you will be locked out without stock - without a potential bagger - & without a special Divi .

End of the day , this ain’t no car boot sale on a Saturday morning with Del Boy selling a dozen palladium spoons out of a suitcase

It’s an absolute whopper of a asset sale hence the legal bigwigs & banks / mining specialist involved
