Afternoon,
I’m glad others share my annual Turkey carcass boiling , you just can’t beat the Turkey Broth , like you say loaded with pepper ,onions , tattys etc & crusty bread like doorstops ,
Gently simmer the carcass while you go out for 3 hrs come back house smells a treat .
‘ Skint Broth ‘ we used to call it as nothing left in the cupboards to eat after Xmas .
Dealer - always been the same mate the period between Xmas & new year , vol always quiet , traders off skiing ,
It’s like no mans land , the grassy knoll , or Tumbleweed city
