Stick to the RNS & make your own choice28 Feb 2022 09:08
Stick to the facts & make your OWN decisions based on current Ukraine situation
We are all in new territory investment wise .
However ,
As It’s kinda strange , non of these so called EUA ‘ Investors ‘ that have suddenly appeared sowing negative doubt , weren’t even here last weekend , mmmm….
Attempting to save hundreds of investors that seemingly are incapable of making there own investment decisions based on the current Ukraine situation & company RNS ,
Guess what we are AWARE of the current RISKS & take FULL responsibility for our OWN investments , so if not for you , each to there own & move along .
If you don’t mind I have weighed up the risks & will hold & added yesterday morn , as many of the EUA investors did based on the company RNS .
Little reminder - from RNS 25 th feb
No impact from the new Sanctions
There is no impact on Eurasia's operations or activities. No individual or entity identified in the Sanctions is associated with the Company in any way. The Directors would like to highlight the following:
· Eurasia has no bank accounts with Russian state-owned banks.
· The Company also has no relationship with any Russian state-owned banks.
· Eurasia's production (palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold) from the operating mines is sold in the domestic market at prices with a market discount to the LME prices fixed in USD, while the costs are mainly fixed in Roubles, whereby a weakening Rouble exchange rate has a positive impact on the bottom line of the Company.
· The Sanctions do not prevent the Company from executing on its strategy as announced.
Then BOD statement released 2 March -
· Contrary to speculations none of the Eurasia's team members (being the largest shareholder group) has sold any shares in the Company.
· The Board is closely monitoring the evolving sanctions and re-iterates that no individual or entity identified in the sanctions is associated with the Company in any way. Nor do the sanctions prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy as announced.
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman commented: "The Board notes our focus on BRICS (in particular on Russia, China and South Africa) and Japan in terms of our M&A strategy. More updates are to be provided in due course".
James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Managing Director of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are grateful that the fundamentals of the Company are recognised including by H.C. Wainwright & Co initiating coverage on Eurasia by issuing independent research. In these times of high volatility, the Directors and the Officers continue to stay calm and focused on their jobs in the best interests of the Company and all shareholders".
We are where we are now & await the situation
