I also thing the $500 million per year cashflow benefit from the over burden in its first year is a massive plus for the companý. A nice earner while we wait for coal to come out of the ground.

Just received this Corporation Action, or Non Corporate Action as maybe the case.

"Cloudtag Inc have recently posted announcements on their company website in relation to a distribution to its shareholders. Please note that to date ii have received no direct contact or documentation from either Cloudtag Inc or its appointed agent. If contact is made and further information is received, a corporate action notification will be issued to all eligible shareholders".

I thought this part of Mondays RNS was very positive with the overburden covering 30 years of the mine life generating immediate cashflow benefits which is massive. This should raise around $500 million per year with very little outlay for stockpiling and processing costs.

" The scope of works under this Mine Construction Contract includes design, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning of mine infrastructure and overburden removal, dewatering and drainage. It also includes selective mining and stockpiling of valuable industrial mineral co-products that occur in the overburden. These co-products are expected to deliver considerable cashflow for the Project ahead of any coal extraction"

Difficult to say to be honest. I know he is well respected by other members of the Board. I think one of the potential NED's was in the room, but I never got the chance to talk to him.

Having attended the AGM it would seem a case of when rather than if. Any news will break via the Bangla press first. Only 5 years left of gas reserves. Its a very desperate situation.

Good point, I also hold paper share certificates, and have also changed address since 2017. Without a link to the agent, how the hell can they make a payment. Its like death by thousand cuts. What a joke.

I sent ii an email yesterday requesting a letter to attend the AGM, I havent been charged in previous years for this service.
