It was a trading update though (of sorts).
For a project of this size and ambition they have been doing things on a shoestring budget really. I would have no concerns that any positions they fill or create are irrelevant to the long term strategy.
I guess these are the teething problems when you are in on an investment with no precedent really, you’re not sure what your expectations should be and we humans love our certainty ??

Newboy maybe I was reading too much into it but I was looking more at her background re: the genre of brands previously working with, sporting event mentioned, reassurance of the increased customer base etc (we know this due to the stalking of chart position but still good to hear it from the horses mouth esp due to lack of solid updates recently).

Just wondering about your phone trade with HL and the 1% commission- are you still paying the trade charge in addition to this? Was there a minimum trade value? Sorry, have only ever used the online system and hate calls like this so want to anticipate as much as possible ?? alternatively, if you know when it’ll be available to trade through HL online again that would be great - thanks. We are obviously still very much in the speculative stage of Mode’s future but I’d say that 2b mcap will be in the rear view mirror in five years Flowergarden. I would expect them to be hitting that either before/around their 3 year profitability target.

I’m not normally this bullish on a company and their future but ... the potential here is just massive. Right place, right time, right team.

Feel that Mode are still a few moves ahead though bringing digital assets and rewards into the fold.
Holding this stock is a no-brainer for a minimum of 5 years if you can wait that long.

I don’t think JR will entertain a takeover at any point, Mode is a legacy move. No-brainer for investing at these prices and higher. It seems the original target of becoming profitable in 3 years hasn’t changed but I envision this will come speeding down the tracks before we know it. I’d say 2 or less with opportunity afforded by adding Ether and travel restrictions being lifted meaning an increase in Chinese travellers using the app for payments etc.
