RE: Please18 Jan 2020 11:10
I am a long term holder , but non tech. My support has only been acquired through reading over the years.
What I see is a company, Oz based, with 6 highly promising prospects. If one assumes just for discussions sake that each one is a 1 million oz prospect, though cumulatively there is probabably a much bigger resource in total, then.......
Gold at $1500 an ounce, fairly stable and predicted to rise rather than fall.
Extraction at say $800 an ounce,- I am aware that this will vary dependant upon a deep mine or opencast
Then , per 1 million ounces prospect, there is a predictable net profit of $700 Million.
Have no knowledge of transport costs, but these cannot be that high.
So , possibly looking at an asset valuation of a minimum of $4.2 Billion and probably a lot more when the true resource is calculated and other minerals,- copper etc are added in.
There is an issued share base of 3.577 billion shares .
$1.175 per share base and probably much higher ( approx 90p sterling )
The company balance sheet only records its net cash as an asset. No other asset valuation of its prospects are included, or reflected in the SP.
The company has a fine CEO , and was most impressed with his earlier week video which exuded confidence and surety.
Obviously the SP will only start to significantly move when the diggers move in and the metal starts to be produced, but we seem to be getting much closer to that point, and it is time that the SP reflected that position.
My figures are rough, assumed and base, and will happily welcome dissection , correction and criticism, but it is on this thinking that I am invested and in fact now increasing my holdings.
I am open to any educated / knowledgeable assistance.
