HUR will flow 20,000 BOPD from Lancaster , discounted for calculation purposes for down days at 15,ooo BOPD.
At $65 per BO , , over 365 days , that comes to $354,900,000 per annum - over 1/3rd of a billion dollars per annum -
just for starters. ( assuming that Lancaster continues to flow successfully )
I would have thought that such cash generation would have had a much, much bigger effect on the SP. All explorers drill occasional dusters.
With another well coming on stream this year with similar flow - possibly two more ??? - Then an SP well in excess of £1-00 /
£1-50 should easily be realised. Maybe the forthcoming CMD will be able to present this situation in a more transparent way.
Let us hope so.
And dont disparage the golfers too much. I caddied for the young Justin Rose ( 11 y.o. ) , and it might possibly have been down to my guidance that he was able to carve out such a successful carreer.

Somewhat dirty and revolutionary these days. ) I would like to hit the £1-00 mark which is still well below many of the Broker prognostications.

The day some people thought might never happen has arrived, Hurricane has announced this morning first oil from the Lancaster EPS. On the 4th of June the Aoka Mizu start-up phase completed with a72-hour production test deemed to be “first oil”.

The combined flow from both wells during this test period reached and maintained the planned production rate of 20,000 b/d which marks the contractual provisional acceptance of the Aoka Mizu FPSO by Hurricane.

As has always been guided by the company this is only the start of the gradual ramp-up in facilities availability over the first six months of production towards long term efficiency of 85%. Indeed, the company in this announcement restates for clarity that existing guidance for facilities availability of three months at 45% and then a further three months at 65% resulting in average production rates of 9,000 b/d and 13,000 b/d respectively.

Whilst this is clearly a red letter day for Hurricane, it’s whole team led by Dr Trice deserve praise for delivering the first phase on time and within budget I know that no one at the company will be resting on their laurels. As has been said consistently throughout this whole process up to 12 months of stable production will be required in order to provide a clear view of the reservoir and ‘enable us to plan for associated full field development scenarios ‘.

Having said this the fact that at today’s AGM Dr Trice will be able to formally deliver the good news will be a moment of considerable triumph And pride and whilst it is too early to see off the industry nay sayers it is no doubt an opportunity to break

Best time ffor the RNS will be at 4-30pm today, so that all those attending the meeting will be fully informed, and those of us unable to attend can go to bed with contented thoughts and huge anticipation of the Wednesday morning SP potential The Malcy 10 bagger - the Berengard 6.22222 recurring bagger,- the very acceptable 3 bagger - or at worst a contenting 2 bagger. Whichever - I will sleep easy. Any bad news would have already leaked.

Assuming my maths is correct , and it so appears to be , as two accounts show the same %age allocation, then the %age of the extra allocation applied for amounts to 38.1175%.

.......HUR is ( only ) an exploration company with no revenue, and the SP represents a much discounted theoretical potential value. Lots of PI's and few II's.
That is just about to change dramatically - we hope - and confirmation of 20,000 bopd will start that change . Warwick deep will accelerate that change ( another 20,000 bopd ), further successful drills will add to the acceleration. A move to the main market then as a high revenue producer, lots of II's , possible divis, and possible take over................ and all that in the relatively near future. The AGM with probable encouraging news. You happy few guys at The Goat pub could well afford to buy the pub once you have drained it dry. I will look to see if I can join you. Could be a very good day.
If the possibilities realise, then I would say one is probably looking at an SP well in excess of £1-00,- why not twice that????

Assuming the flaming flaring news is true, and there is no reason to suppose that it is not, then I would be amazed if the SP did not react significantly an Monday market opening.
Would also be surprised if there was not an RNS. This is the starter for ten that the market has been waiting. And then only further good news will follow.
And Malcy will be exuberant . He can't be wrong all of the time. It has been quite a wait.

If things progress smoothly , I have little doubt that we will multibag.

Malcy re. lancaster ... the numbers are so vast............this company is chronically undervalued....... this is a huge company ..........when / if GWA comes in it is going to be game changing................. you either believe in Hurricane or you don't..............
and then his comment on not a ten bagger from here actually infers that it may be a ten bagger for some from earlier investment .......... and the use of the expression - ( a rounded ) 10 bagger is an inference that this share is going places - if the oil flows up the pipe,- and he seems to believe that it will. And if GWA comes good then.........DYOR. I like what I read and hear and see, and take a chance on.

Could be a busy couple of months coming up, First Oil on the Aoka Mizu and preliminary results, or at least a flare on the GWA drill could both drop this month. Then the AGM followed by Capital Markets Day (date tbc). I wonder if they will release an update on the possible move to the Main Market once we are producing and results on the GWA are known. That would really like up a tasty Capital Markets Day. IMO

I have just watched Malcys latest video, in which he reckons that the flatlining SP for HUR is essentially caused by the weight of those who still doubt HURs ability to produce oil . Malcy himself is very positive about Lancaster, but reckons this will be nothing compared to the probable outcomes on Warwick deep, news of which will be emerging very soon. He evens reckons that we might be looking at a 10 bagger .......???

On a perfectly well reasoned assumption that RT has done all his homework accurately and that very shortly ( possibly next week ?? ) we see flaring off the West of Shetland over the Lancaster buoy, followed by a run up to 20,000bopd, ( hiccup free !! ), where do the sensible and stable investors see the SP going this year. And also taking into account good results rolling in over the summer months from Warwick 1 and 2.
AS an investor who has no supporting oil knowledge, I have heard suggestions that the SP will initially move up towards the £1-00 area, and thereafter again with good Warwick results ( bigger and better possibly than Lancaster being predicted ) well up towards the £2-00 mark. Is this reasonable or ridiculous??
Hopefully then one of the oil majors might make a bid , and there I am lost totally as to possible values. Any thoughts. ??

Just trying to save yards of useless and inaccurate garbage filling up a normally fairly good board

I am just amazed at the number of contributors on this board, - most of whom one would expect to have reasonable knowledge levels since they are investors, - who seem to seek advice on how to deal with the offer.
Many of you deal with HL as I do, but all other brokers as well, issue clear, unambiguous , straightforward explanations and instructions, calculations and cut off dates dates, with tick boxes for options.
So why ask questions on this board and get half cock , ill constructed answers when all you have to do is converse with your dealer / broker. It is a much simpler process and infinitely more accurate, and does not clog up this board with hundreds of moronic exchanges.
When in doubt, - go to the Rule Book.
