Group Update – Key Points on Pennpetro

Just wanted to share my take on the situation and why I think we’ll see the audit finalised and suspension lifted this coming week:

✅ Funding in Place – The company has just secured the initial £150k tranche from GEM, which is specifically ring-fenced to get the FY 2024 audit finalised and lift the trading suspension. No excuses left on the money front.

✅ Clear Priority – The RNS made it clear that re-trading on the LSE is a top priority for them. Without that, they can’t access further funding and can’t meet the going concern requirement for next year’s accounts deadline.

✅ Timing Pressure – They know they can’t afford to have this drag on. The FY 2024 accounts were already overdue by 30 Sept 2024, so it’s absolutely in their interest to push it over the line this week.

✅ Going Concern for FY 2025 – They have to be trading again and fully compliant for the next FY 2025 deadline (30 Sept 2025). They’re basically racing to prove they can be a going concern – finalising this audit and lifting the suspension now is the only way forward.

In short, with funding secured, the auditors back on, and the company’s stated priority to re-list, I’d expect the audit done this coming week and shares to start trading again shortly after.

Yes they did sell and at the time the best decision as what they have now is worth billions in the future to come , watch the news flow begin now

Very Interesting , so if they have a stake .. is what we need to find out ..

This is why I believe that suspension will be lifted this week .. it has to be , so they become a going concern and can complete the audit in Sept , so the race is on to he thing done now .

June , July , August and September , would give them 4 months to ensure they are a prosperous company ..

They won’t be waiting much longer to get this audit done hence the RNS recently giving them the cash to do so , and know one invested in a empty vessel 🚢, especially a billion dollar investment company..

They won’t be suspended again in August . Why ?

So as long as they finalise the FY 2024 audit and file it before (or even slightly after) Sept 30, 2024, and stay on top of the FY 2025 deadlines, they’ll be back on track without an immediate re-suspension.

The market is waking up , and when it fully understands the value that Rock should be , it will be a case of better late then never , as the share price will be shooting up , unless of course we get suspended and a take over is in action by a big minor .. which has always been my thoughts hence I invested here significantly and is my largest holding now 43 per cent down .. och...

I sincerely believe that we will have news this week... audit complete .. and suspension lifted .. a operational update and this will do very well .. karma owes us ... I am sure we all agree ...

I am also a long term holder and have no intention of selling until this is at least 1 p , and even then I will be hesitant and look at the circumstances first ..

The chase is on for a serious re rate as those catch on to how crucial these critical minerals are and Rock have 100 per cent ownership of a historically owned asset ...

I’m still confident that this has serious potential due to the state of the scarcity of critical raw minerals .. they are needed now and a big Minor will take them out at this market cap ..

MOMO , the sellers who sold out today will be buying back next week as this will do another 2oo per cent rise plus , the news has just started .. it will now flow .. watch this space .. held up well today .. resistance is 10p .. great platform to hit 30 p next week even with no news ...

Guys so you all dont loose heart allow me to be realistic .. my research believes there is no way the permit will be granted anytime soon , I am looking at end of June/JULY .. hence for those who think it will come next week , you should do some research on time lines , as even late June and july are me taking no chances as this is early bird entry ..

What I am convinced by is this will be a monster rise into orbit once the permit lands ..

For the record .. I dont believe a placing is coming .. if it does it will be when the share price is over 0.20 .. or we will get news of a JV or take over on permit approval

Stamp collector , I only decide to hold when I know its a matter of time .. This is a hold , it was ridding at 50 p plus not long ago with out news ..

the fact is the tech behind this is huge , and as i understand stable coins and the process of exchanging them for hard cash , ie coin base , I know this is only going to get bigger , and bigger .. After the rise , its has not lost any gains really , hence many are holding and many in the 50 p plus region .. more news is incoming on expansion .. and volume ..
