So basically two share holders reduced their holding total value in monetary terms is Steve X 125 k worth of shares and John Cowely sold 39 k worth , which equals 164 k .. at today SP ...

Robert agree , they keep making infinitive statements in reference to the audit , I mean what does shortly / imminent mean , as these RNS one after the other are so misleading ..

No mention of the PR1 share sell of without consent and breaking rule 7 on AIM ... ?? they would need to buy back those 18 . 1 millions shares of PR1 .. hence anyone at the meeting can confirm ???

Hence I did say I could not understand which resolution was not passed or no mention of the buy back here , which if they have clearly not denied then obviously they know the buy back needs to happen or they would have denied it completely ...

So I can now confirm AGM for prim ended at 12.30 pm .. I cant confirm what was discussed .. I have a idea .. yet would prefer to keep my credibility by not saying anything as we should get a RNS from Prim any second now .. stand by ..

Well I am worried , as still no audited accounts , which they said will be completed shortly .. we need these accounts completed now ..

Stand by Guys 100 per cent Prim will have to address what the situation is in reference to the allegation of selling PR1 withour consent and that they have broken rule 7 .. share holder wont be investing in a company with out addressing this mater .. as soon as a buy back is confirmed ,,BOOM.. YOU WONT SEE IT COMING .. THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING THIS BACK EVER SINCE NEWS DROPPED .. MM KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT ...

How long does it take to complete this audit , somthing isnt right here , they have a massive investor , a new CEO , a pending JV with global which was confirmed hence we all bought in and now we its is still pending .. what a saga ..

So we should hear at PRIM AGM , what their direction of thoughts are in relation to this serious breach of Rule 7 .. one would surely imagine share holders will want to know if they accept the breach and will be buying back those shares or they dont >>>

I do wonder if at all The MM MANIPULATE THE SHARE PRICE TO ALLOW MATES IN AND OUT OR SUPPORT THE SHORTS .. is there any evidence of this ..

All I know is on a factual basis is that on many shares Ive seen very strange pricing of the share price they just dont add up when one calculates the buys vs sells , and the sells vs buys ...

They should really have the audit complete by now .. we should hear what the hell is going on here like now .. I am seriously expecting a RNS anytime now ..

We all know PR1 has serious credentials .. yet this is not why I invested heavily and at pace every time the price dropped .. PRIM has made the mother of all screw ups that is a infinitive rule no 7 broken ON AIM that will have to be reversed to stay listed and hence the very reason the share price will go bonkers 😜 and only the smart money with strong hands will hold far enough to make serious money . This is a gift that has been handed some To us all and one that is unheard of ..

Prim broke a legal agreement on AIM , that is official enough one would imagine ... all those who have sold out ,mark my words .. this is going to be one hell of a squeeze ...

There is no 50 / 5 0 about this situation , Prim have to buy back those shares end of ... 2 millions vs 18 .1 million .. OMG .. what a silly mistake ..

The question that has weighted on my mind all last week as in my opinion the SP was kept down .. is that how much pressure with the squeeze create on such a low float of shares .. You see if the big players come to the table , they might come in with silly money to really enhance the play here knowing full well that there big buy will mean Prim have to pay more ,, which could take the SP to a unrealistic value .. also bear in mind that PR1 would want to take advantage of a placing at this level so they could invest more else where ..

In my opinion I have set a sell order for 60 p , knowing that even £1 could come into play as well .. yet it will all happen very fast , and do have a medical condition High blood pressure , and this wont be for the faint hearted let me assure ..
