This again represents once again that this company is seriously loosing creditability .. big time ..

I agree Stuatv .. the fact I they promised us that the audit would be complete by the latest today after confirming the audit was already complete last week , yet to ensure 100 per cent of accuracy they would have a short delay of a week ..

If we don't get a RNS with audit complete today , confidence will be hard to gain again ..

Filterland allow me to explain the fact which are that The CEO has made a statement that could be calculating and that the next announcement that could come is that they have been offered a bid for a JV ,which would justify why they are considering the bid AGM because I have always been in the opinion that they will sell to the highest bidder as soon as possible when the have the asset valued JORC or before .. The down side is that they would then have to sell for around 1 -2 p share if this was to happen now .. These are my opinions based upon my own research , which of course could be wrong hence a raise is a short term downside , as having their own rig would definitely move things faster .. and log term we would achieve a much higher take over price or JV as results of assays are confirmed ...

The assumptions that a placing is required for. new rig and one they own , is one assumption, they may also be given the option for a big Minor to take a stake in the project JV to Support further drilling or specialised investors ...

HENCE I am of the opinion that he had to mention the Rig and its importance because there could be something in the pip line ..

That is a serious buy from a serious investor, what does this tell the market that news is incoming hence you get these kind of buys on smoke , they come when their is fire .. meaning that he has seriously taken a large position for a significant reason .. watch this space .. just a matter of time we go back to 4 p for starters ..
