Tom has every credibility :why ? yes may have said on the telegram group , no need for raises , thats if you think it was tom on the telegram group who boot anyone out with any form of opinion or facts ..

( why would the CEO disclose inside information on a telegram group lol) then he was in a prime position to raise millions of the back of a transformative RNS ... The accountant may have advised we require funds for A, B , C , Tom knows better to get the raise done now and bear Min , while the share has not rerated and in suspension , to get the highest possible re rate on coming back ...Great play ... Two institutions own the placing shares .. the dilution is very very minimal ... like stuat posted , the daily shares bought in recent was much more than the total placing shares to date ..

They could of raised millions on the back of the transformative RNS .. but they didnt , TOM holds 5 millions shares himself ..

Tom has a plan and wil ensure when this comes back ... the rerate will change lives

Why didnt they raise the 600 k they needed in the first placing on the 1 aug , rather than just 300 k?

Megan ... this only confirms we will be back very shortly ... so now they have raised 600k , still a very low shares float ... why . one bulk held my a institution , they wont be selling anytime soon .. the other bulk ... will be gobbbled up in seconds on re opening ...

further confirms the company wont be splitting up and is about to return ... 6 p isnt a give way either .. few pence short from close ...

so clearly a re rate is 100 per cent open ... great news ...
