Guys please I am staring to feel as if this board is infested with non investors who have time on their hands to just reply to insults and anything that is not factual to pass the time of day ..

Please lets focus as genuine investors and concentrate on sharing facts and information that supports or questions our investment here in PPP ..

From my understanding the resolutions will be passed , and their are no new resolutions to follow this week or the next ...also The TG group has no impact or say on what happens at the AGM , and neither have the anything to do with the New Ceo appointment ...Total madness to think a group that believed TOM E was actually on the group is diluted ..

I have reason to believe the accounts are now audited and the cornerstone share holder will be advised in the next RNS due this week .. The ducks are lined up for the suspension to now be lifted ..

The biggest clue that this is now coming back bigger and better was the appointment of The CEO , who is already the leader of Global whom we have a JV with ...

A big week ahead of us all now , The accounts should be audited by close of week and we should receive news on the Global deal being completed and the debts satisfied .. why , well Our New Ceo has a invested interest now in both companies , Global which he leads and now PPP .. hence He would never have agreed to the position Of CEO unless he knew where he could take both companies and how much money could be made , its classed as a positive conflict if interest ..

We all need to sit back now and understand the logistics are now all lining up nicely .. why , because our New CEO has the connections , money and influence to get the issues resolved ..

Tom E is no more , he has resigned and will not be returning , and it seems as if they could be chasing the funds that need to be recovered from him , hence the delay of accounts 3 times ... which is not acceptable by any means ..

The mysterious corner stone investor is yet to be revealed or we would of been advised that this option is now no longer available for what ever reason .. one would assume the corner stone investor is still in the frame and is the key to open the lock that the CEO has accepted the roll ..

My bets are on the corner stone investor is a significant figure or institution with deep pockets as well as logistics ..

The most promising for me is that us not coming back and going bank rupt or private will not be the case now , and I am confident we shall come back even stronger .. The deal still stands .. right ..
