LOTM -13 Hi , many thanks for your informed factual advice , and the tip on Mirriad , I wll def have a look .. I am looking at selling my holding in IMM tomorrow and buying here for a 1 x and then back to IMM as I believe , well that is putting it mildly .. that is will def Multi bag soon , as they have a late stage asset and are in talks with big pharamas .. I think I have a small window to get out and back in with more cash .. with IMM ..

DECIDED to sell out , I felt the share price should of doubled with the news this morning , yet we went up 50 per cent and then crashing down , hence the market needs more meat on the bone as such , and I just cant afford to get stuck in another share like PPP , IMM , ROCK ..

A deal has clearly been in discussions for some time now according to Tim and the delay was proof of the asset , also the format in which Tim presented a potential deal was quite detailed as well as being quite bold about upfront payments and licencing deals ect ...

So should we now not hear of a deal based on the fact TIM said the big boys advised show us he data and we can move forward .. then OMG this is going to crash .. big time .. CANT SEE IT .. TIM KNOWS WHATS COMING , RIGHT ???

I understand much work is being done to prove up the asset as the situation in ref to a worldwide trade war moves to the next level as USA talks with Russia break down ... We are not even touching 4 p as yet , hence for a Big fish to offer us £1 which is 25 x from here is not going to happen ..

50 p would be more realistic and accepted by the board , which is 12 x from here ..

Just had this brought to my attention sadly .. On companies house , a confirmation statement is required by the 11 April 2025 , and is due by the 25th April 2025 , they have 14 days from the statement date to submit it , if they fail to file it on time the company will be struck off .. .

Hence the Auditors have advised the accounts can not be completed until the end of April ..

The market will react when a deal is rumored .. we wont see it coming NT all day long as this rockets ..

Its always the way in these situation , you wake up one morning A RNS lands 7 am , you get ready to buy on he bell , and the insiders and early morning institutions have beaten the bell .. its up 200 per cent on open and he re rates into a whole new stock ..

The sleeping giant is yet to awake .. cant wait until news drops , this will move faster than a rocket .. can feel it in my water .. any day now ..
