MORRI940, many thanks .. , it is what it is , I have no doubt CPAI will make a alliance with R G , but it wont be until after the AGM .. those issues need to be resolved first ... However I could be wrong .. and if I am CPAI , wont double on the news in share price .. we will see a 50 per cent jump , as they still need projects that are taking fusion in real time like CTAI ..

Now this on the other hand IMM will bag 10 x on news .. hence risk vs reward ..

anyway what ever happens it my fate .. accept it , and its all fun and games ..

Please you must be diluted if you think that this will not conclude in days , not months

Tom share , some excellent posts and research .. thank you ... this is my biggest holding and I expect big things here .. the principles of investment here are very strong .. Critical minerals are very scarce and Greece is required by Europe , as the USA is now running under T admin as a single entity ..

Dumont Dos Santos Is going to be the new CEO of global vision .. interesting , confirms there is no conflict of interest for Robert. Now ..

Even more interesting is who is Mr Santos .. is he an oil man or a very rich person .

As of now there is no public information about his experience or career , which would indicate that he must be a big investor hence takes control of global ..

Something is happening here that is bigger than we imagine with only 110 millions shares up for grabs ..

Ive spoken to some city friends , they have confirmed that if PPP has no intention or the audit was a serious problem then they would not file the confirmation , and a reverse take over would deem it necessary to file this confirmation .. hence I still feel this is on the cards to become one company bringing global and PPP together

Pls share dog . I really do feel news is incoming the question I have is surely it would not take 9 weeks to check data and know other pharmaceuticals would be interested as well . One would believe a deal would come faster to avoid a bidding war ..

The fact they have filed the confirmation statement now , is clearly a good sign and means that the audited accounts should be next to follow .. Now as I posted before , If the confirmation statement was not filled , one would be concerned , now that it is , then it is evident we are coming back and very soon , or they would not have bothered and hence this was my worry ... not anymore .. excited now ...

I am looking at this very closely , hence what about these placing shares that come into play today .. ?? I they a concern or not anyone ???

Guys disagree with you all , of course I am always seeking opportunities , and ones I know will also do well , but I wont cross ramp here ..

The facts are , I have completed some serious research into the time frames and what is involved when it comes to big Pharma s making a offer , esp when it comes to late stage assets that other big pharma s would 100 per cent be lining up for ..

Lets not forget discussions have been in play for some time now , and all that was required was data to be confirmed .. hence my alarm clock was set that news should be incoming after around 8 weeks tops .. hence we will here very soon , anytime now .. not months .. dyor

One would think. , believe after 8 weeks of proving the data that a deal would be announced, especially if they was in talks with the pharmaceuticals before the San Fran conference where apparently Tim or is it Tom , or billy confirmed in a interview that they said show us the data . And then he also alluded that the raise was not required but accepted so for the avoidance of doubt the big boys would know they are not desperate for a deal and have a cash runway ..

The late stage asset p140 is ground breaking ..

I mean can one imagine a RNS saying we are not quite there yet and blah blah. 😑..

I can’t as Tim has used some strong cohesive terminology when it comes to share holder value and it’s going to be a transformational year ..
