Thanks trading123321 and Newbie642 for the great links on the tricks (allegedly) used by the mm's. I say allegedly as I obviously have no edidence to back this up. Anyway a good read and I would recommend if anyone wants to trawl about 5 pages back from here.

On a less than serious note... I'm sick of people ramping GLA and IMHO and DYOR. I typed these into the search box and nothing is coming up. Why can I not see these shares!!! Is it me? Am I not part of this club??

I think it was Amers who brought me here when he mentioned Eua on that other board he mentioned so I don't mind the odd bit cross ramp as without it I wouldn't be here. Ramping on every post is a bit far though and I filter those guys. Gregpeck was one. I also filter the rude and abusive, I don't have to read vile and dismissive language on a shares board no matter the provocation. I suggest people just filter rather than abuse. Using foul and abusive language online is actually a criminal offence.

People can ramp or de-ramp as much as they like as far as I'm concerned as it won't affect me but it does affect some. I am very thankful to the folk who actually educate with facts. You know who you are.

Google throws up a few things on paid de-rampers a few of which have been posted on here in the past. I'm no expert and that's true but you do have to wonder why people bash stocks they don't own. I assume they don't own them as why would you bash a stock you own.

Devilsbeast. I don't see what they write as I filtered them. I only know they're there due to the annoyed replies of others. I just wonder why they're here at all. I read some of the stuff they posted the other day and decided that all they were interested in was spreading misinformation and doubt. I don't know why anyone would do that unless they had an agenda.

It amazes me how the trolls and paid de-rampers have nothing better to do on a Saturday. Are they invested (probably not?)? Or are they waiting for the right price @1.8p..lol. More likely they're getting paid per post and maybe getting paid when their headings are re-posted. In any case you have to wonder why they're on a board when they're so down on the company. Sad folk or nasty folk... IMHO. We who hold are likely to be richer folk. Keep the faith and thanks to the posters who actually add something.

Beast... My list is long and my sea is often green but I'm thankful to the people who contribute. I don't mind a questioning post but often I trawl through their previous posts and it becomes apparent as to what they're up to. Some really good posts recently on how to spot a paid de-ramper. Very educational and pretty much spot on. No scruples these people.
