Rocker, the point being.. The company was sub £500k when they owned the asset.. Now they lose it they're suddenly worth €18mill? I might buy a McLaren for £500k on debt, then my net worth is X based on cash + assets - debt. When I hand the McLaren back after 2 weeks it suddenly doesn't make my net worth £500k, sure I'll have some cash left but only what I started with. See how silly it is to assume I'd be suddenly richer? Same thing applies here..

So the MMs are blatantly trying to discern buyers given the 100% spread. The mind boggles..

The Directors of Mountfield are pleased to announce that Connaught Access Flooring Limited's ("Connaught") already strong start to 2016 has been further improved by it winning thirty new contracts with an aggregate value of £1,100,000 in the first quarter of the year. The largest contract has a value of circa £400,000 and is for flooring work on a new business centre in Stafford. In addition to these new contracts Connaught is still engaged on its £5m+ contract at a City HQ building that has been mentioned previously and is also at an advanced stage of negotiation on a number of other contracts of significant value. Andy Collins, Group CEO and CEO of Connaught commented: "We are delighted at the positive start for Connaught in 2016. We are already fully engaged with current projects including the City HQ contract in particular and the latest project wins should see that this year will be an extremely busy one for the Company".

Won't take much to move this, huge orders in the pipeline to boot.

Lumped in £3k at 2.995p 15mins before close. So far lost around £1500, £100 a min.

Ask yourself this.. If they can pull €18.4mill clear all debts and still have a wadge left of £X mill in cash like people are expecting (and rerate the SP to 20p) Why when they held the asset was the company valued at £500k, common sense would say they could sell it and realise massive gains. It isn't as cut and dry as some of the rampers think, plenty spiked on this one..

When broken should see a decent rally, there are few shares than any volume moves this fast..

Hugely overdone NAV alone dwarfs this, just give it time.. patience and this will recover nicely. Banks have already made their decisions as per statement.
