NM would have, IMO, done full due diligence on OMI even before first $0.25m investment, therefore they would have known fully the financial position of OMI prior to the private placement of $2.0m. It obviously did not worry them and the next stage I can see, and this is only my view, no ramp.... is that NM now fast track to the stated 51% ownership.
Peanuts to NM but we will just have to wait and see.

out there...........can anyone see phase 1 being fast tracked now with NM paying £12m upfront to gain a further 31.1% of OMI and 51% total controlling interest.........and therefore allowing OMI to clear all debts / total liabilities ???

this has peaked at 9p is absolute crazy. Peak will be nearer £ in coming months.............too many positives going for it IMO and too many doom and gloom merchants coming out the woodwork........GLA investors

2.Re-commencemnet of drilling of Anza.
3.Status of Uruguay (San Gregorio) mine changed back to full production on the back of rising gold prices.

Any one would be good, any two would be great and all three, preferably on the same day then that would be phenomenal and really would have the chicken running about like the proverbial "headless" one...as this would fly.....GLA

been same for a few weeks now since high of 12.7............being traded now at these levels to get their daily 10 -15%......we need the all important RNS to get this moving

see this share not being traded at these levels, as appears to be the case,and the rise being sustained. As i mentioned the other day if people hold and refrain from profit taking, with only 95m shares in free float, the rise will be sustained. Higher highs and higher lows. More profit if you are trading it further on, but you then definitely chance being locked out when the expected RNS and subsequent rise comes. IMO if NM were to come back in, not even for a buy out but say another 20% then we would see 40p + easy.
Full buyout then levels already mentioned on this board.......GLA and IMO hold, hold and hold some more.

but this could very well be a share where we see a Fibonacci sequence actually happen over a week .....9,10,19,29,48.....you never know but depending on next news delivered say on 10p and news is well received then that sequence of rise is a possibility

at the moment awaiting OMI \ NM next move as it appears SP has stalled........however news will come.....sooner rather than later......and when it does IMO........watch this fly.....too many positives here for it not to........GLA.:)

So if next drill results are as good then ........buyout defo on the cards IMO........sooner rather than later most probably :)

this is the start of a sustained rerate into the high teens low twenties ...,and we don't see profit taking bringing it back down....higher the SP the more Newmont will have to offer....simple

If Professor1 calcs prove up then potentially circa 108p per share...:)

Potential Buyout ....147m to 1B.....1 to 7 quid per share..... too good not be in at this stage.....I will keep buying at these levels funds permitting..GLA
