Up 5% on market down day...
Resilience is my first thought. in a downturn people will go for cheaper clothes..CEO Primark experience is starting to become clear...over 5% short...not sure they get a cheaper price to close, expect this to double within 12 months
Games or not this is undervalued..how has a peer been priced at 15x earnings yet this at 8x with profit forcast at top end?
The machine mix and numbers is prob better than sports betting...was stated that mix of machines was key to Bingo sites being profitable..wonder how quickly they can make the updates on the gaming floor
Gaming machine mix type and total machine numbers both improve for casinos and bingo..sports betting, potential cashless plus other games and a levy that will likely be skewed to online...this could double in 12-18months imo
Mad how slow this has been to move given the white paper is coming
You are an idiot, you were warned.
Please look at what you are buying here, balance sheet is very poor quality, lot of debt too
Why you calling it a devi..it's divi. You are entitled to your own view but too many red flags for me
Balance sheet is garbage imo, too much intangibles and debt..not for me
Something does not stack up here, no one buying it implies something more too this IMO
Why did they take a loan to issue dividend, can anyone answer that if true?
And they wonder why no one is listing in UK anymore, this is daylight robbery, not impressed at all.
Very strong trading update - if the white paper due any day has the reforms for land based casinos we expect this should sail back above £1. Net cash excluding lease liabilities too...expect this to get moving now
Doubt it, until H2 when energy bills are expected to drop a little. really keen to see the white paper impact here - some awful predictions, some positive..hard to know for sure which way it goes. I think the levy needs to be lower for land based operators Vs online..that is key
For the investors talking about p.e you are better looking at earnings to e.v given most of the enterprise value is debt
£80m adjusted bottom line Vs that debt is a long road but no more skeletons came out..fair play to holders..white paper next up
Seems odd to report such a bad update whilst be a potential buyer for the co...simply can't trust this guy
I thought they were ok, but the loss is half the market cap roughly..still I think the market knew that and will see these as ok results given circumstances
