The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
We know for a fact we have at least one big shorter though. Old Mutual.
As evidenced by us just crashing through another of his pivots.
And our iis/directors not filling their boots down here won't inspire confidence that we've reached the bottom, no matter what bonker's chart says.
We have at least one big shorter.
omg LOL!!!!!!
Unfortunately. I won't be buying another bean until we actually hit the bottom. Especially not on the advice of a chartist.
That pivot has really sent us into the stratosphere. What a call from our guys Strongman, buyhisello and bonker.
Milky bars on us.
I'm not having a hissy fit. Just laughing at you lot calling imaginary bottoms.
But it's not turning...
Oh it's 7.455 mid price now. What was your next stab in the dark? 4.5 was it?
7.5 on the bid now, bonker. Looking forward to this big pivot.
And further down we go.
Yesterday you were saying 8.2 was the bottom and it was going to 82p from there or some such nonsense. Absolute charlatans, chartists.
No I don't think you get it. If we did option 4 we'd still need to do placings because the profits from RHA wouldn't be enough to cover Prem's running costs. The idea is that RHA will be producing enough profit to fund the other operations and projects. Not that it would be providing a negligible bit of positive cash flow.
There's also nothing to suggest that we won't be doing option 4 while we do further discovery work.
Anyway I'm filtering you because you're an unmitigated disaster of a poster. Toodles.
Option 4 was also the option that will provide the lowest profits. So you'd be happy to make a a few thousand quid a month after investing years and millions, just so it means GR doesn't do a placing?
You're thick, mate. Really thick.
no
It's no secret that an equity raise is a possible (though least favourable for both GR and PIs) route to production for RHA.
But you have to ask yourself - how many companies are at their share cap? ) Whenever those companies that aren't issue good news, do you say 'ooh but we have x bn shares to play with'. Of course not.
If we do do an issue near-term, it would simply be to tide us over. I'm okay with that. Sooner see some shares issued than us go bankrupt.
