The court appeal could take years and I can't see even if they lost that the full amount would be payable giving they don't have that amount of cash worst case a payment plan. The other cinema wouldn't get there money if they forced cineworld into bankruptcy.

I'd like to see the special dividend come back at a lower rate like 5 pence. They can easily afford to pay it. Giving the normal dividend has risen. I wouldn't expect a big special divident like before

Decided to buy back in today after 2 months thow a much smaller holding

This is great the price is already slowly starting to recover. I paid 2.71 before ex divident.

This payment is 13.27 its over 18pence when the payment in August ex dividend date

Am hoping to buy in for the next divident in August. I missed this one. I dident know they had such a good divident. Am invested in legal and general managed to get in there on time thow I would prefer this stock

I decided to sell my holding with the fear of the new sactions only time will tell if I did the right thing. I will continue to monitor the situation and the share price. I wish you guys who are still holding the best of luck
