Waiting to buy back in the ressesion will drag all the share prices down. I can increase my holding for less money

The film slate looks good for next year who knows how many twists and turns this company will take over that time. Bankruptcy protection was probaby a wise move with the cineplex court case rulling coming up. I can't see how they can keep serving a debt over the long term as your reliant on a good film slate ever single year to cover it. It just takes one bad year of films to finish them. As it stands if they don't recover I will lose big time, but on the flip size a massive gain is also possible

The price is too low to do it now it wouldn't be worth there while and the price would end up being 1p after it

It seems well timed giving a rolling for the court case with the other cinema is due next month. Its a smart move to avoid bankruptcy. I dident think your allowed to use a personal loan to do that. If your bank finds out you will be made to repay the loan in full

I think this will prise abit on specutive punts then come back down if no more news comes out. Having read alittle about section 11 it dosent appear a standard bankruptcy the company can still trade. Could well be a play to avoid big upcoming payments due
