Cav, I think your Babel fish must be malfunctioning to come to that translation.
thanks screenlearner ...... even a quick look shows that these are quite clearly linked to the RNS. Not quite as excited now but directors accepted shares instead of cash is always a positive sign
Has anyone got any details of the 4 director buys from Friday last week (Priya, Eason, Richard and Toby) are they significant and should they increase our confidence in the share
gttm - he's with rmm now
FFS we will end up RED at this rate. Surely this is positive news as without it we would be going no-where
Apologies posted twice first had not appeared on chat
Bid 1.4, Ask, 1.45 price 1.47 How does that work?
Bid 1.4
Ask 1.45
Price 1.47
How does that work then?
rammer you appear to belittle me/those who do not have more than a couple of hundred to invest here and there. Please don't. They could be actually more deeply invested than you as a proportion of their/our/my 'wealth'
Cav I don't think you're right. Mcap is £114m and we raise £16m. this is a 14% increase.
No of shares was 7235845151 and will be 8435044926. this is a 16% increase
so a difference of 2% not the 10% exaggerated figure you used. lol back at you
OMG! I makes me despair to see the sort of 'investor' coming out today. It has been well known for a long time that this consolidation was going to happen and it is just basic maths to see what the effect of this would be i.e no effect at all. Seems some people have more money than sense and pay no attention to their share holdings. I hope none of you are working in Financial institutions. My money is going back under the mattress if that's the case.
Just doubled my holding at .43 ... long term view here is excellent if you can see past the next 6 months
Subject to shareholder approval, the overall effect of the capital reorganisation will be that the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be reduced by a factor of 100, so that by way of example a holder of 100 existing ordinary shares of £0.001 (0.1p) each will hold 1 new Ordinary Share of £0.001 (0.1p) each.
So should this be 10000% up if value remains unchanged? In which case we are down slightly on the day
...yet down to 8.6 again
9 now
is this the break we were looking for?
MM tree shake or £30k sale to blame. What do we know?
Dropping the bid but can't get a quote to sell
Valuation-it-is ... "there is strong support from existing shareholders for a rights issue. " Not wishing to be pedantic but I think that you should phrase this differently i.e. "there is strong support from existing shareholders for a rights issue if it were deemed necessary by the BOD" - or similar. We are not saying that we want a rights issue, merely that we would support it if it had to be.
