Surprised you shareholders aren't getting together and making some sort of threat to remove PF or make a stance at the agm, it's historically been a good way to get a feelgood factor pump going from the bod, just so that the agm goes nicely nicely

That's great Ian, could you ask if any of those 50 twitter members managed to get Pete or the FD to tell them the current cash balance please. Several people tried to ask on the recent webinar but for some reason those questions were 'lost' and therefore unanswered. I mean surely it's not too much to ask for Pete/FD to have given that info out in either the trading update or the webinar ? The last indication we have is £2.1m as the end of December 2020

hmm my main takeaway from the results was this:
"The Board remains open to further expanding the Group through quality acquisitions and the acquisition of rights to product"
and:
"Currently discussions are taking place with potential vendors of their businesses, any of which, if terms can be agreed and the businesses satisfy the due diligence process, would positively benefit the Group."

And my immediate reaction was how could they make a substantial acquisition with nett cash of only £1m ? I guess they could utilise the £2.5m overdraft facility which was put in place through the year but that moves the company into a nett debt situation, not ideal.
I'm interested but I have doubts

You say "money is not an issue", the recent warrant exercises gives them about £0.5m to play with but these will only pay the monthly wage & expense bill in the meantime ? Surely some reason for the recent drop and I'm hearing that placing prices are being deeply discounted right now ala rbg & staf. I'm an avoid until I hear of a 'no reason'

The insider trading is disgusting here, no wonder the price was dropping after the 'ahead of expectations' update, considering an FCA complaint

be very careful of rampers here, and don't let confirmation bias cloud your decision. Compare how much the upside could be and conversely the downside, how much risk is the downside to your finances ?

That would be very poor form and hint at desperation imo, I for one wouldn't touch with a barge pole on that basis.
Personally I can see a small raise tbh to keep the lights on as it wouldn't take much to keep going if they envisage a contract in the near term. You could also be right with Riverfort selling atm as I just can't see private investors shifting these amounts

Yes I've been pretty cynical in the distant past agreed, I'm back in the hope category as it stands while sp is this low and in at mid 6 and 4, just happens I've seen a few companies turn it around evetually I just wonder (wish) if these actually can and now they have Tema they might just stand a fighting chance. With a recovering Lunghi I reckon one more airport even at a low margin could just swing it cash flow positive (big IF however of course)
