and with Hargreaves Lansdown, "Any instruction must be received in this office by 4.30pm on Thursday 15 October 2015. If no instruction is received the Offer will lapse"
or you have the choice to buy some more at the discounted proposition price of 153p and nullifying the drop. That's what I intend to do, compare with ACL who also had a rights issue to buy noratel Jun14, eventually it bore fruit personally
thanks for the info Ricky
Kevin, see the link I posted below re the prospectus, non-uk residents is covered in there. The shares will be diluted if you do nothing but you should have the option to buy more at a 43% discount to 272 (can't remember the exact figure)
anybody else with HL or with history of a rights issue share and dealings ?
I'm assuming they'll send note that I qualifiy, and how many more shares I can apply for, and when I need to make payment by (19th Oct on the prospectus), but I'm not sure after that whether HL would deal with the acceptance and deduct the value from my account or whether I would need to send a cheque as per the prospectus document.
Any ideas ?
and if anybody would like to see the comparable effect of a similar rights issue on another share, I bought into acal (acl) after their rights issue to buy Noratel, and it worked out well, take a look at the 2 year chart but ignore the severe drop at june 14 on the chart as this is simply because lse cannot cater for consolidations in the share price on their charts
you sure its not 19th october ?
"The Rights Issue price of 153.0 pence per New Common Share, which is payable in full on acceptance by not
later than 11.00 a.m. on 19 October 2015"
can anyone post a link to the prospectus please, having trouble locating it
so much for zaks call of 15p then. I sold at a loss recently just under 11p as I had a nagging feeling a cash call was coming, wasn't expecting this news however, no mention of cash in the trading update I see.....
I see that this has intentions to join the main markets towards the end of September, are you expecting tracker funds to be buying in on that basis ? Will research generally over the weekend. GL
this has moved from bought 1.21 to sold at 1.38 on eu vat directive to high on watchlist back to monitor only, it doesn't look like this drop has finished yet, and as I only intend buying growing shares I fail to see this offering much at this point in time. Shame because I liked Entu. Will maintain monitor status
