You are correct Ethio. If they do not come through then it will impact on efforts to raise $50m from investors for Lybrion. Would anyone invest a minimum of $50k with a director at the helm of a company delisted 2 days before?

My confidence has risen having seen the Lybrion info today. There is more afoot than we are aware of. My confidence has risen significantly from last week. Given a binary bet, one way or another of relist or delist, I would not be betting on the latter.

If my logic is askew, then apologies... if Lybrion want to start raising $50m from 1st June, and Dmitry is a director, then surely investors will be more than cautious if EUA is delisted the Friday before?

I called EUA this morning, spoke to a man with an Irish accent. I asked him if delisting was likely. He said they are; “not particularly concerned and there’s nothing to worry about just yet... hopeful NOMAD will be appointed in time.” The brief conversation was reassuring in tone.

I don’t think I have “moaned” once on this board, unless you can find an example I shall stand corrected. Just sharing information. I tip sliced the Monday before suspension on the Tuesday, so have my original investment back. All shares I have are essentially free. Nothing to “moan” about.

Hi there, I emailed EUA this morning. Just received this standard email. Doesn’t really give anything away.

We appreciate your concern in the absence of a further RNS from the Company regarding its position re Nomad. It is our intention to resolve the matter as soon as possible and update as appropriate, in any case before the 29 May 2020.

I’ve checked too, same for me. No trades showing. This has changed since yesterday.

Nope, I’ve never posted on a BB. This is my first time here, not sure how I can prove that to you. Please just take my word for it.

I’m new here. I’d firstly like to say Hi, and thank many of you for what I have learnt over the past three months. It’s been a great introduction to investing. I’ve been getting to grips with doing my own research and more importantly I’ve been enjoying it. I really only wanted to post because it appears to me the trades today is actually a buy and sell, so maybe a cancellation. Housekeeping? If one looks at the trades there is a minus next to one of them. I may be wrong though. Don’t shoot me.
